The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders received by 12:00 PM Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day and delivered within 24-48 hours . Orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Return Policy

Changed your mind about your order? You can easily request a replacement or a voucher to use at a later date within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be sent to INNOVAZIONE ITALIANA Srls. Our operators will promptly send you the replacement items or voucher, depending on your choice.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a "natural person acting for purposes outside of any business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity") and has purchased the goods through distance selling or away from business premises, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing any explanation and without penalty. Customers who do not fall within the category of "consumers," as defined by the aforementioned Legislative Decree 206/95 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, cannot exercise the right of withdrawal: therefore, Articles 18 to 21 below do not apply to them.
