1. Shipping Methods

Available goods are usually shipped within 24 working hours of order confirmation or, in the case of orders with advance payment (PayPal, cards), within 24 hours of receiving payment .

Shipments are made exclusively via insured express courier .

1.1 Shipping costs

  • Italy : €5 - free shipping for orders over €50

  • European Union : cost starting from €15 (variable based on the area and the value of the order).

  • Rest of the world : cost starting from €35 (variable based on the area and the value of the order).

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, all secure and certified:

3. Return Conditions

INNOVAZIONE ITALIANA srls guarantees your complete satisfaction .

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more unused items within 14 days of delivery (date detected by the courier tracking) and obtain a refund.

You can also request a replacement with other available products.

4. Warranty

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check that the goods are intact and have not been damaged during transport.

If the product has defects not caused by transport or improper use , the Customer must notify INNOVAZIONE ITALIANA srls within 3 days of delivery, attaching photographic documentation.

The product must be unused and untreated .
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have already been used.

Upon request, the company can supply any spare parts.

  • The data collected will never be disclosed to third parties.
